Description: Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, the U.S. Census Bureau intends to contract to OnPointe Corporation for expert contractor independent validation and verification (IV & V) of the Census Bureau's Wireless Network (CEN 28) Security Test and Evaluation on a noncompetitive basis. The objective of the IV&V is to verify and validate the results of the CEN 28, conducted on the pilot network, are still valid after CEN 28 has been placed into full production in the Building Modernization and Consolidation Project. This penetration testing is to determine if the Novell ID Manager, a critical system, has any vulnerabilities.
