- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN St. Paul, MN REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in St. Paul, Minnesota for Solicitation for Offers for GS-05B-18141 consisting of approximately 2,430 rentable square feet for an Agency of the Federal Government. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,113 usable square feet to a maximum of 2,218usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: Seventh Street on the North; Sibley on the East; Kellogg on the South and Wabasha on the West. Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, Five (5) firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection.
