Description: By way of this announcement, the Chicago District Corps of Engineers issues Modification 03 to its Pre-Solicitation Notice for the FY08 Burns Harbor NIPSCO Dredging Project. By way of this modification, interested bidders are informed that the issuance date for the Solicitation is being extended to 16 April 2008. Therefore, the Solicitation will be available for downloading at www.fbo.gov on 16 April 2008 in lieu of 10 April 2008. As a result of this modification, the due date for bids will be 21 May 2008 at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST).
