The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,852 Rentable Square Feet yielding 3,350 Useable Square Feet ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Amarillo, TX General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Posted Date: April 11, 2008 Response Date: April 25, 2008 Solicitation No.: 7TX3028 Category: Lease or Rental of Facilities Contracting Office Address GSA PBS 7PEL, Real Estate Division - 819 Taylor St RM. 14B06 Fort Worth, TX 76102 Description REQUIREMENT : The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,852 rentable square feet yielding 3,350 usable square feet ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space, in Amarillo, TX. The desired space should be on the second floor or above and have a 20 foot setback for new construction. Secured surface parking is required for (5) government vehicle. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government’s needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire and seismic safety, must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by April 1, 2009 or sooner. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership.. DELINEATED AREA : § North: South 1 st St § South: 17 th ST § East: Washington St. § West: Grant ST LEASE TERM : Lease term is fifteen (15) years with a firm term of ten (10) years.
