- Description
- The VA Medical Center of Erie Pennsylvania is looking to lease space in Venango County, PA. Approximately 5,000 to 6,000 useable square feet of office/clinical space available for use by tenant for personnel furnishing and equipment to operate a community based outpatient clinic (CBOC) to conveniently and effectively serve the veterans living in Venango County. Space must be located in prime commercial district with professional surroundings. Area of consideration is restricted to five miles (East, West, North, or South) of: Franklin, Pa; Oil City, Pa; or Seneca, Pa. Space must meet all federal, state and local building codes, have off street parking including handicapped designated spaces where streets and public walks are well maintained. This will be awarded as an all inclusive lease, preferably existing space requiring minimal build out however, build to suit will be entertained if the offeror can meet the required move in date. Both types of offer are negotiable. Lease terms will be negotiated. Please understand that this is not an invitation for bid or a solicitation for offer, but merely an inquiry for space.
