- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with firm fixed prices in accordance with FAR subpart 12.203, Procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (Clinger-Cohen) for inbound, outbound and intra-city/intra-area moves at the Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Services shall include premove surveys, servicing of appliances, packaging and packing at owner's residence to protect household goods properly during transit, tagging of items, inventorying, loading, weighting, drayage, unloading, unpacking, and placing of each article in owner's new residence as directed by owner or owner designated representative and removal of all empty containers and materials from residence. This is a follow-on contract to contract N68836-03-D-0032. The resulting contract will be for a base period and four (4) one-year ! option periods. This requirement will be advertised on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 484210, size standard $23.5 Million. Interested offerors may obtain a draft of the Performance Work Statement by emailing the point of contact. The offerors quote shall be in the form prescribed by the solicitation and shall contain a response to each of the areas identified. The solicitation number is N68836-08-T-0075 and will be issued on or about 22 April 2008. Only vendors registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) will be considered for contract award.
