- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services, within a five-mile radius of the Ocala RRC, located at 3820 NE. 41st. Street, Ocala, Florida 34479. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2008 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2013. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 35: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 10 inmates = 10 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 24-30 minutes Sessions ), 24 units (per inmate) x 35 = 840 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 35 = 2520; Family Counseling Sessions ( 12-30 minutes Sessions) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 = 72; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15; Medication Monitoring 1 units per inmate for 25 inmates = 25 units; Psychiatric Evaluation and Report for 25 inmates; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health /Group Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) x 25 inmates = 300- units. Option Year One: Estimated Number of Inmates 37: Intake Assessments (one per inmate) for 12 inmates = 12 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 24-30 minutes Sessions ), 24 units (per inmate) x 37 = 888 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 37 = 2664; Family Counseling Sessions ( 12-30 minutes Sessions) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 = 72; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15; Medication Monitoring 1 units per inmate for 25 inmates = 25 units; Psychiatric Evaluation and Report for 25 inmates; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (12-30 minute Sessions) x 25 inmates = 300 sessions. Mental Health /Group Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) x 25 inmates = 300- units. Option Year Two: Estimated Number of Inmates 40: Intake Assessments (one per person) for 14 inmates = 14 Assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 24-30 minutes Sessions ), 24 units (per inmate) x 40 = 960 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 40 = 2880; Family Counseling Sessions ( 12-30 minutes Sessions) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 = 72; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15; Medication Monitoring 1 units per inmate for 30 inmates = 30 units; Psychiatric Evaluation and Report for 30 inmates; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (12-30 minute Sessions) x 30 inmates = 360 sessions. Mental Health /Group Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) x 30 inmates = 360- units. Option Year Three: Estimated Number of Inmates 42: Intake Assessments (one per person) for 16 inmates = 16 Assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 24-30 minutes Sessions ), 24 units (per inmate) x 42 = 1008 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 42 = 3024; Family Counseling Sessions ( 12-30 minutes Sessions) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 = 72; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15; Medication Monitoring 1 unit per inmate for 30 inmates = 30 units; Psychiatric Evaluation and Report for 30 inmates; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (12-30 minute Sessions) x 30 inmates = 360 sessions. Mental Health /Group Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) x 30 inmates = 360- units. Option Year Four: Estimated Number of Inmates 45: Intake assessment (one per person) for 16 inmates = 16 assessments; Individual Counseling Sessions ( 24-30 minutes Sessions ), 24 units (per inmate) x 45 = 1080 units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 45 = 3240; Family Counseling Sessions ( 12-30 minutes Sessions) 12 units (per inmate) x 6 = 72; Mental Health Intake assessment and report (one assessment and report per inmate) for 15 inmates = 15; Medication Monitoring 1 units per inmate for 35 inmates = 35 units; Psychiatric Evaluation and Report for 35 inmates; Intensive Outpatient Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) 12 units per inmate for 6 inmates = 72 units; Mental Health/Individual Counseling (12-30 minute Sessions) x 35 inmates = 420 sessions; Mental Health /Group Counseling (12-30 minutes per unit) x 35 inmates = 420- units The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated May 2007. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is not for small business concerns. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract.
