- Description
- This is a Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information for Medical Appointment Clerks and Medical Administrative Clerks on Maxwell AFB, AL, to determine industry interest and capability. Contractors are asked to submit a capability statement expressing their interest and return to Donald Perkins, 42 CONS/LGCB, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. The capability statements will be used as part of market research to determine whether this acquisition should be set-aside for small businesses, determine commercial practices, or proceed in an unrestricted manner. The information is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal. The government does not intend to award a contract on this basis or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the government will accrue as a result of a submission or of a response or use of such information. Please return capability statements by 4:00 p.m. (central time) on 12 May 2008. Respondents may be contacted for additional information. A letter stating your interest or requesting a copy of the solicitation is not sufficient to determine contractor capability. Contract Requirements: The contractor furnishes all labor, management, supervision, and reports. This service is subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965. The RFP and all associated documents when issued will be posted on Federal Business Opportunity. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. No date has been established for the RFP issuance. When a RFP is available it will be advertised on Federal Business Opportunity at web address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The North American Industrial Classification is 621399, and the small business size standard is $6.5 million.
