Description

Solicitation SPM7L208R0058 is an Unrestricted Acquisition for NSN’s 2530-00-372-4100 (Adjuster Slack Brake), 2530-01-095-3561 (Stud Assembly), 2940-00-741-1081 (Filter element) and 4820-01-359-6577 (Valve Assembly). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for COMMERICAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Indefinite Quantity Type solicitation, with a base year and four (4) option years. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on or about April 24, 2008 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
