Description

PR: IQC07199009017, NSN 1560-01-170-5259, Panel, Shield, Nozzle/61A HELICOPTER, APACHE AH-64, IAW McDonnell Douglas (Cage: 8V613), drawing 7-311632224, Rev. “B” dtd 25 Sept 1990 and AMCOM (Cage: 81996), procurement package 7-3116322224, Rev. “A” dtd 1 July 2002, p/n 7-3116322224. Item is not commercial in nature. Item is Configuration Control. Export Control Certification is required. Contractor First Article Testing applies. Surge requirements do not exist. This is not a Critical Safety Item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin, 319 DARO inclusive of First Article Testing and Evaluation. This solicitation is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Subject PR is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year estimated annual quantity of 276 each, and four (4) option years with an estimated annual quantity of 276 each. A technical data package may or may not be available. Final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
