- NSN 4810-01-485-8109 Estimated Yearly Quantity: 331 Unit of Issue: EA Code and Part # and/or Drawing#: Mile Marker (0GZB7) P/N 994-95000470-C AM General (34623) P/N 12469437 All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 8 and 12. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 22 April 2008 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 utilizing FAR Part 12, commercial procedures. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application.. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition, unrestricted procurement.
