- This procurement is a total Socio-Economic Small Business goaling Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote is NOT received by a responsible and responsive Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or HUB zone concerns, all quotes received from small business concerns will be considered without further notice.DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to install 8000 linear feet of 2" diameter HDPE water pipeline and two 2" combination air and vacuum release valves.LOCATION: Work under this Contract is located approximately 12 miles north of Sheridan, in SheridanCounty, Wyoming. The work locations are shown on the maps. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business set-aside. A performance period of 138 calendar days with a completion date no later then November 15, 2008. With an estimated start date on July 1, 2008. Solicitation to be issued on or about May 2, 2008.
