Description

1) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training, and other items and services necessary to perform the repair and testing of the wireless security camera system installed on Ellsworth Air Force Base as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractors will inspect, test, and evaluate overall system discrepancies before providing a quote. Contractors are required to provide a bucket truck to gain access to camera locations for maintenance/inspections and any other specialty equipment items required to perform maintenance. A future site visit will be scheduled for interested contractors to conduct an inspection/evaluation of the system. Only contractors who attend this site visit will be considered for contract award. 1. Contractor will provide a detailed technical solution and schematic diagram that outlines the actions required to repair the camera system, returning it to a fully operational condition. 2. This wireless camera system must be modifiied to enable system operator override/lockout capability. 3. Repair all discrepancies identified during system inspection and checkout/test to 100% operational capability. 4. Contractor will provide a 180 day warranty period covering component installation, maintenance, and overall workmanship. 5. Provide system operator/administrator training on equipment operation and associated features. 2) Contractor will be responsible for all system repairs including the cost of minor component replacements not to exceed a cumulative total of $10,000. Major component purchases (such as: cameras, servers, digital video recorders, muliplexers, etc.) will be purchased by the contractor on a cost reimbursement basis as approved by the government.
