- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis (3) RadSens 8-channel temperature sensing systems from Opsens, Inc., 2014 Cyrille Duquet, Bureau 125,Quebec G1N 4N6 Canada. This specific product is necessary to achieve measurements required for the Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance tests. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. Anticipated award date is 16 May 2008. Delivery is FOB destination Dahlgren Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 with a size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
