- DESCRIPTION: The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center intends to solicit sources to provide.28 Full Time Employee Equivalent (FTEE) Gynecology Physician Services and twenty four (24) hour a day, seven (7) days per week telephone on-call coverage to patients at the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Denver, CO. This acquisition shall be conducted through full and open competition and result in a single award of a firm-fixed price contract with one (1) base plus two (2) option years. This acquisition is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 622110, Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All interested parties must register on the FedBizOpps site in order to receive notification or changes and/or new postings to the solicitation. There will be no further pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be posted, however, the issuance date is anticipated on or around May 15, 2008 with a closing date of May 29, 2008. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 all contractors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to conduct business with the Federal government.
