- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, has a requirement for constructing a new production water well, including pumphouse, pumping equipment, water conveyance equipment, electrical equipment, as well as demolition of an existing adjacent production water well (pumphouse and slab, electrical equipment, water conveyance equipment, and abandonment of the existing well), at the Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery in Leavenworth Washington. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. This will be "best value" procurement with award based on past performance with similar requirements, experience and price. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Solicitation number 101818R516 will be posted in approximately 15 days and may then be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at "http://www.fedbizopps.gov" or "http://www.nbc.gov". The solicitation response date will be approximately 30 days from posting date. No further notice will be posted on Fedbizopps.
