Description

BPA 6FLS-B6-084030-I for FSC 5120, Wrenches, issuing May 6th, 2008, and closing on June 6th, 2008. PLEASE INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL FORM 1449 WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE/DATE and a copy of the entire BPA solicitation package that has been thoroughly filled out. This BPA is set-aside for small business and orders will be capped at $24,999. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 37 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN’s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 7/15/2008 or date of award, through 7/14/2013 (or 5 years from date of award). The 37 items are In Accordance With (IAW) various brand names and Mil-Specifications. Please note that items 1, 10, 12, 19, 30, and 31 are IAW various drawings. Items 2,3,5,7,9,11,13,16,18,20,21,22,23,24,26,28,29,32,34,35,36,37 are IAW various ASME’s, CID, and Standards. Items 4, 6, 8, 14, and 15 are IAW Technical Descriptions. Items 17, 25, 27 and 31 are IAW Brand Name Part Numbers. You must ensure that if you make an offer on these items, the offer is IAW what is indicated in the Item Purchase Description. See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD’S) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB destination. This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offers in the offer schedule that precedes the Schedule of Items (descriptions). Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA and returning to the address specified.
