Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for HUBZone concerns, or for Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business concerns, or for Total Small Business concerns. The estimated value of this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The NAICS Code is 336612. The scope of the acquisition is to purchase six (6) 20-foot commercial workboat brand name (Kann) or equal. Boat Specifications: •ITEM 1: Six (6) 20-foot commercial workboat brand name (Kann) or equal with.190 all welded marine grade aluminum hull, with maximum dimensions of 72 inch bottom width, 96 inch beam, 20 inch transom with semi-vee bow. (6 Ea) •ITEM 2: Minimum 32 inch sidewall sheet depth (.190 material). (6 Ea) •ITEM 3: 4 inch False floor, foam filled, with aluminum deckplate treadplate top sheet (.187 material) 5-Longitudinal Z channel risers on 12 inch centers, 1-1/2 square box tube transverse members on 15 inch centers full length floor – 16 foot of false floor per boat for six (6) boats. (6 Ea) •ITEM 4: Minimum 3 inch bow deck, foam filled, treadplate top sheet (.187 material). (6 Ea) •ITEM 5: Steering console, minimum 32 inches wide to accommodate dual engine controls and gauges (32 inches L x 12 inches W x 35 inches H). (6 Ea) •ITEM 6: Dual Hydraulic steering System.
