Description
NOTICE OF INTENTSOLICIATION #PR-W37XTS8073S001 The US Army Medical Command has a requirement for ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT. The Government intends to award a service contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEM NORTH AMERICA, 3000 MINUTEMAN ROAD MS 0077, ANDOVER, MA 01810-1032. CLIN # 0001 : PHILIPS GAMMA CAMERA- Model:IRIX, Request full annual service maintenance contract on government owned medical equipment located at PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS, HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS GROUP. The PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS wholes the original warranty on there manufactured item. This equipment is only marketed by PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS. They also are the only distributors and the only company that is certified to work on this equipment. This plan covers recommended preventative maintenance, all labor, all travel, expenses and all parts for an unlimited number of on-demand service visits and telephone support calls around the clock. Plan includes feature for troubleshooting instrumentation. All product hardware enhancements are included at not additional charge. All systems, subsystem components and assemblies which were part of the original system purchased. Maintenance services shall be accomplished five (5) days per week during normal duty hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. The components are not interchangeable with any other different brand of equipment. The PHILIPS MEDICAL SYSTEMS is the only vendor that can provide this technology and meets these requirements. Other technology commercial items cannot perform at the same level of service that is required. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide this type of maintenance service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their services, past performance information, price and site coverage. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
