Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (GPS Clocking System) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-08-Q-0033 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-25. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334220. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3663. The small business size standard is 750 EMP. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-C9.The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 5820. The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase a Global position system (GPS) timing system MCCES students will training with aboard Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command Twenty-nine Palms, CA. CLIN 0004: Qty (1EA) OscillatorDesciption:An OCXO Oscillator that will be a compatable component to the GPS receiver of the GPS clock time and frequency receiver of CLIN 0002. CLIN 0005: Qty (2EA) SquarewaveDesciption:A 1,5,10 MHz squarewave that will be a compatable component of the GPS receivers in both CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 CLIN 0006: Qty (2EA) Frequency SynthesizerDescription:A N.1 frequency synthesizer that will be a compatable component of the GPS receivers in both CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 Place of contract delivery will be Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC) Twentynine Palms, CA 92278-5000.
