- NSN 4320-01-318-3455, Liner and sleeve assemblY. I/A/W Blackmer (07524) part number 186912. Quantity of 11 ay to be delivered to Tracy, CA in 150 days after date of award; quantity of 25 ay to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 150 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 30 May 08. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is Blackmer (07524). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
