Description

A Request for Proposal from the Military Sealift Command has been posted to MSC's website (http://www.procurement.msc.navy.mil). MSC is seeking proposals for a follow-on Contract for the Merchant Ship Naval Augmentation Program (MSNAP). MSNAP is located at the Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, NJ. MSNAP’s primary mission is to provide training for Navy Reserve Cargo Afloat Rig Teams. MSNAP also provides training to any students requesting training, specifically, Merchant Crewman Civil Service Mariners, active duty Navy, and other Navy Reserve personnel. ****A SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED ON JUNE 9-10, 2008 AT THE NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE IN COLTS NECK, NJ.
