- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items. 1) Software P/N S1000, Product Center Core Qty 14 each; 2) Software P/N S1120 Product Center Workflow, Qty 14 each3) Maintenance P/N M1000 Product Center Core, Qty 1 Year4) Maintenance P/N M1120, Product Center Workflow, Qty 1 Year. This requirement is sole sourced to: SofTech Inc., 59 Composite Way STE 401, Lowell, MA 01851 as the only qualified and approved vendor to provide both this software and maintenance service. Any firms believing that they can provide the software and maintenance service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product and without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
