- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to Noldus Information Technology, Inc., 1503 Edwards Ferry Road N.E., Leesburg, VA 20176-6680 on a sole source basis, for the purchase of a software system consisting of a Video Tracking, Motion Analysis, and Behavior Recognition System. This is for the continuation of a current ongoing research project. Competing this requirement and awarding to any other manufacturer and system would result in substantial delays and disruption of several key projects already in progress and would also increase the overall cost to the government. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no written responses are received at least fifteen (15) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
