- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number HM157108T0010 when returning your quote. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517919, and the small business size standard is $13.5M. This procurement is unrestricted and is open to both small and large businesses. The Government has an immediate need for the following, CLIN 0001: Five (5) KG-245X Red Eagle HAIPE encryptors; CLIN 0002: 5 KG245X - two (2) year extended warranties; CLIN 0003: fourteen (14) KG-245A Foreign Interoperable HAIPE encryptors to include Tacticle 1 GBPS HAIPE IS version 1.3.5, Suite A and Suite B capable, version 3 and IPv6 software upgrade. Also includes five (5) year warranty/software maintenance, CIK, Field Taper Recovery Key, CLI Cable Assembly, Flexible interface, I/O Adaptors purchased separately, External AC power converter, Hot Line Support, two (2) day training, electronic. All parts/services require NSA (National Security Agency) approval and shall be brand name or equal. Delivery is requested not later than 1 August 2008. All quotations must be received by Friday, June 13, 2008 @ 12:00 noon. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of active registration in the CCR database will make a bidder ineligible for award. Award will be made based on best value to the Government and proof of certification by National Security Agency (NSA).
