- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to CoStar Realty Information for a one-year subscription to CoStar's property office/flex data images. CoStar Property is a desktop application. CoStar Property covers 59 billion square feet of commercial space in over 100 markets around the United States. This subscription includes the following 17 markets: Albuquerque, Boston, Chicago, District of Columbia, Louisville, Miami/South Florida, New Orleans, New York, Peoria, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Roanoke, St. Louis, Tampa, Tulsa and Wichita. The data is updated every day with changes sent to clients via the Internet using an FTP or HTTP format. This database can be used to track space availability as well as statistics and trends within a given commercial real estate market. CoStar Property enables the user to print the information in any of more than 100 standardized report formats. The OCC is unaware of other systems with the same capabilities. The OCC intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. All proposals received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirements within five business days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the OCC. Upon responses to this notice, the decision to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the OCC. Only information contained in the responses received over the next five business days will be considered in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
