- Pursuant to the authority contained in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, The United States Government represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID) Kenya in Nairobi, Kenya wishes to contract for the provision of Racks for GOK KEMSA Warehousing The USAID/RAAO/EA office is responsible for the coordination of this activity and jointly with GOK, will oversee the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipment. As part of this request please find attached the proposed Commercial contract format, Statement of Work, Solicitation Provisions and instructions and Schedule of Proposals which must be reviewed and completed in submitting an offer for selection as a vendor of these goods/services.
