- NSN 3110-00-156-1432, Self-Aligned, Roller, Bearing in accordance Specification NR MS17133B Type number: MS17133-9. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are available and can be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. The solicitation is for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The guaranteed minimum is 90 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 360 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 720 EA. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 68 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. There is a no surge requirement for this IQC. Possible stock delivery locations include any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about July 10, 2008 and close on or about August 24, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
