- Description
- Regional Command East, (RC(E)) Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF) 101, Afghanistan is requesting information from industry regarding In Transit Visibility (ITV) systems. RC (E) CJTF 101 is researching the possibilities of tracking host nation trucking assets to include contracted aviation aircraft. The ITV system will allow RC (E) CJTF 101 to track the movement of all contracted Host Nation Trucking convoys and aviation assets with in Afghanistan. The contractor will provide the system, to include installation and training on the system. At a minimum this system will be setup and operational in the 53rd Movement Control Battalion Tactical Operation Center (TOC), RC (E) CJTF 101 JOC, each Battle Space owners TOC, and Brigade Support Battalion (BSB). The Contractor will be responsible to provide all materials and equipment needed to satisfy this requirement. This includes, but is not limited to, application equipment, devices, and installation of systems. The systems will have the following capabilities and features: Geofenceing, the selected system will have geofencing function allowing the system operators and monitors the ability to track and manage assets as they enter, depart and transverse the selected battle spaces. Mapping, The selected systems will have the ability to see selected boundaries, identify routes, be able to view by scrolling over icon Transportation Movement Request (TMR) Number, destination, Receiving units, convoy location in Military Grid Reference System (MGRS), view emergency notifications, and alerts. Panic Button / Emergency Notification, the selected system needs to have panic button and emergency notification that will only require the truck driver to push a button in the event of attack or emergency. GPS Satellite based system, the selected system will be GPS Satellite based and not used interrogators. The refresh rate of “pings” will be at a minimum of 1 per 2 minutes. Air and Ground Applications, the selected system will be able to track both air and ground assets through a common operating picture. Secure Internet based operation, HTTPS, and user id and password protected / access the selected system will operate off an secure internet site, not reliant on a separate computer system for application. The Bagram Regional Contracting Center is requesting interested sources to submit product information and capabilities statements for their equipment and, if available, price lists for the equipment. We are not requesting proposals at this time.
