THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CICRULAR Fac 2005-26. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A RFQ. NAICS: 541690 SIZE STANDARD: $6.5 million CONTRACT LINE ITEM(S) - 0001; QUANTITY - 1; U/I - Lot TYPE OF CONTRACT AWARD: FIRM FIXED PRICE DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all the labor, material, supplies, and transportation necessary to teach EW-1500 class in strict accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work. The lectures are divided into 4 lecture groups: Search (Early Warning and Target Acquisition) Radars (6 lectures), Tracking Radars (6 lectures), Missile Systems (3 lectures), and Weapon Systems (3 lectures). Also, incorporated within these lecture groups are three review lectures. Contractor shall teach the four lecture groups and three review lectures incorporated within the EW-1500 class. Payments shall be made to the contractor on the following schedule: Payment 1- Upon completion of the first lecture group: Search (Early Warning and Target Acquisition) Radars Payment 2- Upon completion of the second lecture group: Tracking Radars Payment 3- Upon completion of remaining lectures and reviews PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 23 July 2008 - 25 September 2008 The following clauses are applicable. 52.252-2 -- Clauses Incorporated by Reference This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
