- SPM4A6-08-R-0897, IQC08170009013, Stock Number, 5365-00-818-6247, Ring Piston Bleed. Unit of Issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Configuration Control applies to the NSN. Surge and Sustainment are not applicable. Critical Item Application. Government First Article Testing is applicable. Approved sources of supply are General Motors Corp, Cage 24617, Part Number: 6816336, Rolls-Royce Corporation, Cage 63005, Part Number: 6816336, Dyna-Empire Inc, Cage 90827, Part Number: 6816336. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year is 5,436 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 1,359 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 5,436 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 10,872 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is July 28, 2008 with a closing date of August 28, 2008.
