- Description
- Piru and Ozena Road Repairs - Zaca Suppression for the Los Padres National Forest. This project includes overlaying and patching 5.3 miles of Forest Service Road 4N13, Piru Canyon Road with hot asphalt mix, 1/2 inch max. Also grinding, compacting and paving the Ozena Station Complex with hot asphalt mix, 1/2 inch max. Bonding will be required. The price range of this project is between $500,000 and $750,000. The estimated contract time is 120 calendar days. Estimated start work date is September 3, 2008. (Project site is normally accessible year round, but is not guaranteed. A pre-bid tour will not be conducted, offerors are encouraged to visit the site on their own. Solicitation is scheduled to close approximately August 27, 2008. This acquisition is a total small business set aside.
