This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2C18177A001MM is hereby issued as a FOB Destination Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This acquisition is classified under North American Industry Classification System code 221320. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. This is 100% small business set-aside. Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for: System, Bio-25R-1 M 10 Biological Waste Water Treatment System with Heavy Metals Pressure Filter. This is a complete turnkey quote to include the install, set up and training in accordance with the Statement of Work. Bio-25R-1M10 230 volt, 1 phase Pump Stand w/controls Timer Relay bank w/solenoids 2 Peristaltic Metering Pumps 5 gallon Biological Bugs 600 Gallon Cone Bottom Tank Sublet Electricians Sublet Plumbers Supply Labor Heavy Metals Solids Filter Press Includes Transfer Pump/Connection hoses Electrical Controls 4'L X 2.5'W X 3'H. Award will be based on price. If quoting an “equal” product, provide a comparison of the features and how they meet or exceed listed specifications.
