Models are to be constructed of durable fiberglass, Maximum weight NTE 150 lbs,and should be equipped with 4 lift eyes for the ceiling and wire rope for hanging. These models will be detailed in the format of the first C-17 aircraft to arrive at Dover, tail number 66165 to include "The Spirit of the Constitution." See attachment for additional details.
