- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9115U-08-T-0014 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-18. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is being procured on a 100% small business set-a-side basis and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. Quotes are due by August 5, 2008, at 12:00p.m. ET. Destination shall be USAOTC, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, apply to this acquisition. The selected Offeror must complete the requirements in FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items at https://orca.bpn.gov/. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to providing pricing, each Offeror must provide documentation for items equal to brand name to the Contracting Officer listed below so that they are received no later than the closing date and time for this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. Failure to comply with the above instructions or terms may result in quote being determined as non-responsive. Quote is to include all fees, including shipping or freight costs. Please provide your estimated delivery schedule in the comments portion of the buy.
