- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase, on a sole source basis, the following items from Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG): Item 0001: a quantity of one (1), portable Radar Simulator with BCG simulation hardware, software, external cabling, and documentation. P/N: PCS-250. On-site installation and training support is also required at the Center for Surface Combat Systems (PACNORWEST), Everett, WA 98207. Item 0002: a quantity of one (1) desktop or rack mount PC Radar Simulator with BCG simulation hardware, software, external cabling, and documentation. P/N: PCS-200. On-site installation and training support is also required at the Center for Surface Combat Systems Unit Great Lakes, IL 60088-3017. The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutes are not acceptable. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date will be 5 August 2008, 2:00PM Eastern Time with an anticipated award date of 11 August 2008. All items will be priced FOB-Destination to the locations identified above. The GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS THE ITEM IS IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged to maria.e.gomez@navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed to (540)653-4089. Please reference RFQ N00178-08-Q-2074 on any correspondence.
