- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award one (1) purchase order, on a sole-source basis, to Computer Comforts Inc. for 68 classroom desk, hide-award patented design. Facility has same tables at present. The same furniture will use for compatibility and fitting existing area. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
