- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-08-T-0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS for determination of size status is 334418; Small Business Standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001: AUTOMATED MAT CUTTER, 1EA. Computerized mat cutter with software. Length 79in., Height 56in. Hardware components: servo motors, guide tracks, roller bearing, cutting head, 80 PSI pneumatic regulator, driver pack, adjustable stand. Cutting Specification: Min border 1/4in., accomodates full 40in.x60in. mat board, minimum cut 1/16in. rectangle, minimum radius 1.0in. Blade depth adjustment used to cut up to 8-ply rag mat board. CLIN 0002: MACHINE DUST COVER, 1EA. CLIN 0003: CUTART PACKAGE, 1EA. CLIN 0004: SILENT AIRE COMPRESSOR, 1EA. CLIN 0005: MAINTENANCE TOOL KIT, 1EA. CLIN 0006: BOX OF BLADES (500 COUNT), 1EA. CLIN 0007: 1YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, 1EA. Delivery to be made at 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, MS 39202 within 30 days of contract award. Prices quoted must include all applicable fees.
