- The Government (88 CONS/PKA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: RENISHAW, INC., HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL. The items being procured are: 532nm Filer Set for Renishaw inVia Raman Microscope, high throughput, narrow band pass laser liner filter for 532nm excitation, Kinematic mounted, magnetically attached, Rayleigh line rejection filters for 532nm excitation, using paired filters; and One Day On-Site Service: Maintenance and Training on Renishaw Micro-Raman Systems, and Travel Expenses. (Quantity: 1 LUMP SUM) Location: Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any quotations received within five (5) business days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
