- Amendment 0002 will be issued shortly. The Exhibits for past performance questionnaire will be revised as result of this amendment. Please hold submission of past performance questionnaire at this moment. The closing date for Past Performance Questionnaire will also be postponed approximately to the end of September. Offerors are requested to submit inquiries regarding the RFP in writing electronically prior to Pre-Proposal conference date. The responses to the general questions will be provided at the Pre-Proposal Conference. The requirement of this RFP and the changes caused by amendment(s) will be discussed at the pre-proposal conference also. Offerors who plan to attend the pre-proposal conference will not be required to obtain a special gate pass to access Bldg 331 on Camp Foster. Attendees for the site visitation are limited to two personnel per company. Please email the list of attendees to eriko.nakazato.ja@fe.navy.mil by close of business on Friday, 15 Aug 2008. The list shall include name of the personnel, company name, telephone number, Identification number (ex, driver's license number) and vehicle registration number. For those who have an access to Camp Hansen, please annotate so beside your name. All attendee are required to bring photo identification at the site visitation.
