- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item issued by St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, 401 North Hamilton St., St. Croix Falls, WI prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The quotation number is Q6540080021. This procurement action is 100% small business set-aside and the solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 336322; small business size standard is 750 employees.Provide and Delivery one Electric Utility Vehicle - Two Passenger, with the following specifications: Performance -Max range: 55 miles, Max speed: 25mph, Not to exceed 3000 lbs GVWR, Ground clearance: 8.5. Dimensions: Width not to exceed 59," Length no longer than 164," Cargo deck area: up to 71" long x 58" wide with mounting brackets for removable stake sides. Body & chassis: Frame: Riveted aluminum uni-body, Seating: 2 passengers, adjustable seats, Operator/Passenger Area: Safety seat switch, Console with central controls, tilt steeringBody material: Fiberglass, molded composite. Power system: Motor: 72 volt, 16.5hp DC Sep. Ex. Motor, Motor Controller: Curtis 500 amp controller. Batteries: nine 8-volt heavy duty deep-cycle. Battery charger: 72V DC using Dual Voltage - 115/230 AC Input. Brakes: Four wheel hydraulic front disc/rear drum, Hand lever parking brake. Suspension: Front: Dual A-arm independent suspension with coil-over shocks, Rear: Leaf springs over axle with shocks.
