- Pending Availablity of Funds IAW FAR 52.232-18 This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to DualDraw LLC, 5900 E 58th Avenue, Unit A, Commerce City CO, 80022. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1a(2)(iii). DualDraw is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling this requirement. This requirement is for maintenance and service one DualDraw LLC AirCHX Chemical and Explosive Detection workstation booth originally purchased and installed by DualDraw LLC. Service and maintenance performed by any other company would void the warrenty currently inplace with DualDraw. This service will be provided to the 460th Space Communication Squadron, Buckley Air Force Base, CO. Work performance will begin no later than 1 October 2008. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
