Description
The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for IT Programmer services to support the Pediatric Diabetes Education Portal (PDeP) and Heartsounds project. This requirement is for a period of performance from 15 September 2008 through 14 September 2009 (Base only). Required services include but are not limited to: PDeP: 1) Design and develop a web portal that integrates with PATH that will host and allow updates of electronic patient education material. Portal will also need to receive and display Finger stick A1c test results and Continuous Glucose Monitoring System (CGMS) readings to patients. The portal will also need to provide a means for patients to electronically communicate to physicians. 2) Convert and upload all patient education material into web portal. 3) Provide required system, operations, and user level documentation and diagrams. Heartsounds: 1) Develop and maintain an interface between PATHs Heartsounds module and the Signal Recording Device. 2) Develop and maintain a PATH Heartsounds playback graphical user interface (GUI). 3) Develop and maintain a Heartsounds reporting system. 4) Install and deploy Signal recording devices at remote MTFs and manage the interfaces with PATH. 5) Provide required system, operations, and user level documentation and diagrams. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 541511 and the annual size standard is $23 Million. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on or about 26 August 2008.
