- The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to install two Septic Systems in Tailwater area, Carr Creek Lake, Sassafras, Kentucky in accordance with these specifications and requirements. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits for each area as well as having licensed plumber to make final connections from our facilities to the new sewage systems. Contractor is also required to have any utility lines marked before construction begins.
