Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as a solicitation, FA2517-08-T-6134. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. (iv) This acquisition is procured as full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334119 and the size standard is 1000 employees. A single award will be made as a result of evaluation of quotes. As part of your quote, you are required to fill out the requirements listing as written below mirroring line item, quantity, unit, part number description, price and total extend price information. (v) The following commercial items listing are required. The items required below are procured as Brand Name or Equal. You are required to submit your quote using the commercial items listing below, otherwise your quote will be considered nonresponsive. (See attached "Monitor Refresh - Item Listing" for required items and descriptions) (vi) Products/Services will be delivered to Peterson AFB, CO; delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. (viii) FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation-Commercial Items (June 1999), applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on lowest price meeting technical specifications.
