- The United States Government seeks to lease office space for a Federal Law Enforcement Agency consisting of approximately 2,190 rentable square feet in Grand Junction, CO. Space must be accessible to major highway arteries and should be located in professional business areas, within the following delineated area: North: 24 Road at I-70 business loop north to H South: Horizon south/southwest to 12 Street; south to Pitkin Avenue East: 27 ¼ Road to H ¾ Road West: I-70 business loop, continuing west to 24 Road The space should yield between 2,190 to 2,409 BOMA usable square feet. Five (5) onsite, Government reserved parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 9, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Handicapped Accessibility and Special Security Requirements.
