Description
SOLICITATION for SUPPLIES/SERVICES Provide and Installation of Autodesk Software for 3 FAA Service Areas: Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX and Seattle, WA. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of software, inventory of existing drawing files and performing conversion. Create drawing standards with layer assignments and conventions and provide training for all three facilities. The FAA anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract. Due date for offers: September 4, 2008 by 4:00 pm. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 541618, Other Management Consulting Services. Estimated price range: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: ww.ccr.gov). Vendors will be evaluated on the following:Drawing and Cleanup & Conversion approach, Populating Customer data, installation, setup and configuration, training, and pricing. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
