- General Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation #: W15P7T-08-R-B415 Posted Date: 04 September 2008 Original Response Date: Set Aside: NAICS Code: 811213 Contracting Office Address C-E LCMC Acquisition Center W15P7T, ATTN: AMSEL-AC-CA-RT-AC, Bldg. 1208, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703 Description The US Army CECOM LCMC intends to acquire repair services for the AN/ASN-157 Doppler Navigation Sets (DNSs). This requirement will result in a non-competitive award to BAE Systems 164 Totowa Road, Wayne, New Jersey under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. BAE is the original equipment manufacturer of the AN/ASN-157 DNS and is currently repairing DNSs. The AN/ASN-157 DNS cannot be organically repaired because technical data/drawings, test equipment, and training for repair of the AN/ASN-157 DNS were not acquired. The resulting contract will be a five year, Firm Fixed Price/Time and Materials, Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract. The estimated maximum dollar value over the life of this contract is $3,750,000.00. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not to be considered a request for proposal. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation Number W15P7T-08-R-B415 is assigned for reference purposes.
