Incumbent award date 2. awarded to whom 3. contract value 4. contract number A: There is no incumbent performing this work. Q: I also would like to know if this is a FFP, labor hour, etc.. contract type. A: This will be a firm, fixed price purchase order. Q: We are writing to request clarification of the time of submission for the subject RFQ. Page of the solicitation indicates a due time of 12:00 Pacific, but page 12, Section entitled "Quotation Due" indicates 12:00 EST. A: The maximum firm, fixed price for any resultant award will be $40,000 Q: Will overhead be a component to consider when budgeting? A: As noted above, the maximum firm, fixed price award will be $40,000. Offerors should included all costs in their price proposal as that will be a firm, fixed price amount.
