- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is soliciting quotations to do a security system upgrade to Facility Manager located at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Chicago, IL in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their quote. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This is an unrestricted solicitation. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
